Meet Our Founder, Nicole

Square One Workshops was founded by Nicole Morgan, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Development and Sales across multiple industries. Nicole brings a wealth of expertise, particularly with her 10 years in the Disability and Aged Care space and 9 years in Tenancy Law. Her deep understanding of these sectors, coupled with her dedication to advocating for marginalised individuals' rights, positions her as a unique voice in the industry.

Nicole's experience in navigating the complex intersection of housing and disability issues has revealed significant gaps in service provider organisations. Her commitment to addressing these gaps and enhancing client service quality inspired the creation of Square One Workshops. Nicole's passion is to share her extensive knowledge, supporting Business Developers and frontline staff in increasing their referrals and fostering authentic growth.
